When is my order processed
Orders received by 14:00 on a working day are usually picked the same day. With prepayment, processing starts once the payment arrives.
How is it packaged
Plain, with nothing indicating the contents. Vials are secured so the batch number labels stay legible.
Do I get tracking
Yes. Once the parcel has been handed over, you receive the tracking number by email at the address held in your account.
What happens if it is damaged in transit
Please report the damage within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the parcel and the vial. We take it up with the carrier and send a replacement once it is settled.
Do you deliver to parcel lockers
Yes, delivery to DHL parcel lockers is possible.
After delivery
Store it straight away.
A dry solid tolerates brief temperature swings in transit. Even so: after delivery, store it promptly under the conditions documented for the batch. Details are on the Storage and handling page.
