1. Intended purpose

All substances offered through this shop are intended exclusively for research, analytical and laboratory purposes. They are neither medicinal products within the meaning of the German Medicinal Products Act nor foodstuffs, food supplements, cosmetics, medical devices or animal feed.

2. Excluded uses

Any application to or in humans and animals is excluded. This expressly includes self-experimentation. The products are not intended for ingestion, injection, inhalation or application to the skin.

3. No efficacy claims

We make no statements about the effects, safety or suitability of these substances for any purpose. Figures on purity and analytics describe only the result of examining one particular batch. Information on this website is no substitute for scientific, medical or legal advice.

4. Buyer’s confirmation

By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that:

• They are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
• They are acquiring the products exclusively for research and laboratory purposes.
• They have the necessary expertise and suitable facilities for handling the substances.
• They will neither use the products themselves nor pass them to third parties for use in humans or animals.
• They check on their own responsibility whether purchase, possession and use are permitted at their location.

5. Passing on

Passing products to third parties is permitted only where those parties themselves meet the conditions in section 4 and are informed of the intended purpose. The batch marking must be preserved.

6. Responsibility

Responsibility for storage, handling, use and disposal lies with the buyer. We accept no liability for damage arising from use contrary to the intended purpose.

7. Reservation

We reserve the right to decline orders without giving reasons, in particular where there is well-founded doubt about the intended purpose.
