Do I need an account
No. You can order as a guest. An account has the advantage that your order history and invoices stay available at any time.
Can I change an order after placing it
As long as the consignment has not been picked, usually yes. Get in touch as quickly as you can with the order number.
What is the minimum age to order
Orders are open only to people aged 18 and over who use the products in a research and laboratory context.
Do you supply companies and institutes
Yes. For invoices in a company name, enter the full company details during checkout.

Batches & COA.
Where do I find the COA for my batch
On the relevant product page and collected in the COA library. The batch number on your vial is the one that counts.
Which analytical methods are documented
The method on file is stored per product in the record, HPLC or a supporting method for example. Where no method is on file, a dash appears instead.
What does a purity figure tell me
It describes the test result for that one batch. It says nothing about suitability, safety or effect.
Can I request an older report
Yes, send us the batch number. Reports for discontinued batches are available on request.

Where do you ship from
Fulfilment is handled from Germany. Costs and delivery times are listed under Shipping and payment.
How is it packaged
Plain, with nothing indicating the contents, and the batch label kept legible.
Can I withdraw from the purchase
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The exact scope and the exceptions are set out in the withdrawal policy.
My delivery arrived damaged
Get in touch with photos of the parcel and the vial. We will look into it and send a replacement once it is resolved.

No. We give no guidance on preparation, quantities or application, and we do not answer questions of that kind.
Who is responsible for how the products are used
The buyer. They ensure the products are used within permitted limits and only by qualified personnel.
Do you ship internationally
Where the destination is selectable during checkout. The buyer checks on their own responsibility whether import and possession are permitted at the destination.
