Information on shipping methods, delivery areas and free shipping thresholds for research-use orders at Isolite Peptides.

1. Shipping Origin and Carriers

All orders are dispatched from our facility in Germany. Shipments are usually handled via established parcel services
(e.g. DHL / Deutsche Post or comparable carriers), typically with tracking where available. The exact carrier and service
level may vary depending on destination and order profile.

2. Shipping Areas

We currently focus on deliveries within the European Union for professional customers (institutions, laboratories and businesses).
Any country-specific restrictions or temporarily unavailable destinations are indicated during checkout. If shipping to your
location is not offered, please contact us before placing an order so that we can review options on a case-by-case basis.

3. Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

Standard shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, order value and the
selected shipping option. The exact amount is shown before you confirm your order.

Free standard shipping: Orders with a merchandise value of
150 € or more (after discounts, excluding any duties or charges for non‑EU destinations)
qualify for free standard shipping.

For orders below 150 €, the applicable shipping fee is displayed clearly in the cart and at checkout before
you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout, orders are usually processed and handed over to the carrier
within a short time window after payment confirmation and internal review. Delivery within Germany typically takes a few
working days; deliveries to other EU countries may take longer depending on destination, carrier and any external factors.

The delivery time shown at checkout is an indicative estimate and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
Public holidays, customs inspections, carrier constraints or other unforeseen events may extend transit times.

5. Customs, Duties and Import Regulations

For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs duties are normally incurred by the recipient.
For shipments to destinations outside the EU (if and when offered), local customs duties, import VAT and handling fees
may apply. Such charges are borne by the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Please check
the applicable rules in your country and at your institution before ordering.

6. Packaging and Product Handling in Transit

Products are packed in suitable outer packaging designed to protect against typical transport conditions.
For sensitive research materials, additional packaging measures (e.g. protective padding, insulation) may be used
where appropriate. Please store and handle the products in accordance with the information on the label and
in the documentation immediately after receipt and in line with your internal SOPs.

7. Non-Delivery, Transport Damage and Returns in Transit

If a parcel arrives with visible damage, please document the condition of the outer packaging and contents
(e.g. with photos) and contact both the carrier and our support as soon as possible. This documentation helps
us clarify the situation quickly with the logistics provider and assess any potential impact on the products.

In case of apparent non‑delivery, misrouting or other issues, please contact us with your order number and
tracking ID so we can investigate with the carrier. Further details on returns and legal rights are set out
