Isolite Peptides supplies research-grade peptides and related laboratory materials intended exclusively for legitimate laboratory research, analytical work and other non-clinical research applications.
Are your products medicines, supplements or cosmetics?
No. All products are supplied strictly as laboratory reagents for research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, cosmetic use or household use.
Who is allowed to order?
The shop is primarily intended for professional users such as laboratories, research institutions and commercial entities. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of an institution or business for laboratory research use only and that you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and internal safety procedures.
2. Ordering & Dispatch
When will my order be shipped?
Orders with confirmed payment received before 14:00 (2 pm CET) are usually dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed or paid after this cut-off are generally prepared on the next working day.
From where are orders shipped?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free for orders with a merchandise value of 150 € or more. For orders below this amount, the applicable shipping cost is shown at checkout before order confirmation.
3. Payment Methods & Bank Transfers
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment options are displayed during checkout. Payment availability may vary depending on destination country, order details and internal review requirements.
How does payment via bank transfer work?
If you select bank transfer, our account details will be provided after checkout. To support faster order allocation, you may send us a screenshot or PDF confirmation of the transfer. Orders are prepared once payment can be matched to the corresponding order and accepted through our internal review process.
Can you ship before the bank transfer is fully credited?
In individual cases, and solely at our discretion, order processing may begin on the basis of clear payment confirmation that can be reliably matched to the relevant order. This remains subject to manual review and cannot be guaranteed.

How are purity and identity verified?
Analytical information may include methods such as HPLC and other identity or quality-related procedures, depending on the batch and product. Any values stated refer to the material as supplied for laboratory research use only.
Do you provide dosing, administration or application advice?
No. We do not provide dosing instructions, administration guidance, medical recommendations, treatment advice or consumer-use instructions of any kind. Product information is limited to non-clinical, laboratory-relevant and catalogue-level information.
6. Storage, Handling & Laboratory Procedures
How should I store the products?
Storage recommendations are provided on the label and/or accompanying batch documentation where applicable. In general, laboratory materials should be stored sealed and handled in accordance with the relevant product information and your institution’s internal procedures.
Do you provide reconstitution instructions or solvent recommendations?
No. Reconstitution, dilution, preparation and use within experimental workflows must be determined exclusively by the purchasing laboratory or institution in accordance with its own validated procedures, documentation standards and safety protocols.
7. Returns, Claims & Legal Information
Can I return products?
Because our products are supplied as laboratory reagents, returns may be restricted for safety, traceability and quality-control reasons. Opened, altered, contaminated or improperly stored items may be excluded from return. Please contact support before sending any item back.
